Qualifications
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Are at higher risk for complications from the flu because of a health condition or weakened immune system
- Have a qualifying condition such as asthma, COPD, heart disease, insulin-dependent diabetes, kidney disease, or an immune-related condition
- Are medically stable and have not had a major hospitalization or significant medical event in the past 2 months
