Suncoast Clinical Research is currently enrolling adults at risk for Alzheimer’s disease progression in a new clinical research study. This trial is designed to evaluate an investigational treatment that may help slow clinical progression associated with Alzheimer’s disease before symptoms of dementia appear.

About the Study
Suncoast Clinical Research is currently enrolling adults in a Phase III clinical research study evaluating an investigational medication for people with early Alzheimer’s-related brain changes who are still cognitively unimpaired. The investigational medication, donanemab, is being studied to see if it can slow clinical progression by removing amyloid plaque associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
Qualifications
You may qualify if you:
-Are between 55 and 80 years of age
-Are cognitively unimpaired but may be at risk for Alzheimer’s disease
-Have a study partner who is familiar with your daily functioning and willing to participate
-Are willing to complete cognitive testing, MRI scans, and study visits
-Are willing to follow all study procedures throughout participation
