Adults 18 years and older with overweight or obesity and without type 2 diabetes may qualify for a study evaluating investigational medications designed to support weight management.

About the Study
This clinical research study is evaluating investigational medications called macupatide and eloralintide, given as injections, to understand their potential to support weight reduction. These treatments are being studied both alone and in combination to assess their safety and effectiveness in adults without type 2 diabetes.
Qualifications
You may be able to join if you:
-Are 18 years of age or older.
-Have overweight or obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m², or ≥27 kg/m² with a related health condition).
-Do not have a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
-Have not used certain weight-loss medications or similar treatments within the past 6 months.
-Are able and willing to attend regular study visits and follow study procedures.
