About the Study
Researchers are studying new approaches that may help normalize thyroid hormone levels and reduce the need for long-term antithyroid medication use.
This research study is evaluating YB-101 (also known as GenSci098), an investigational monoclonal antibody administered by subcutaneous injection, designed to target the underlying autoimmune activity associated with Graves’ disease.
The purpose of this study is to better understand how well this investigational treatment works in helping participants achieve normal thyroid hormone levels, reduce or discontinue methimazole use, and evaluate its safety and tolerability.
Qualifications
You may be able to join if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have been diagnosed with Graves’ disease
- Are currently taking methimazole for Graves’ disease
- Are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Do not currently use tobacco products regularly
