Early Alzheimer’s Oral Medication Study

Suncoast Clinical Research is evaluating an investigational oral medication to learn if it may help slow or improve symptoms of early Alzheimer’s. You could help advance future care—while receiving no-cost study-related care and close medical monitoring.

Age Range: 55 to 85
Gender: Male and Female
Location: New Port Richey

About the Study

This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational oral medication to see if it may help slow or improve symptoms in people with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease.

Participants will take the study medication or a placebo daily at home for up to 18 months, with approximately 7 clinic visits. The goal is to better understand how this potential treatment affects memory and daily functioning.

Qualifications

You may qualify if you:

  • Are 55 to 85 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with early Alzheimer’s disease
  • Have mild memory changes or early symptoms
  • Have a caregiver or loved that can be involved in study visits
