Researchers are studying an investigational medication to see how effective it may be in reducing risk of heart failure for those with a history of Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension and established cardiovascular disease.

About the Study
This study is looking to compare how well the investigational injection acts with existing medication as compared to the medication by itself, in reducing risk of cardiovascular disease and preventing heart failure in at risk patients.
Qualifications
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are over 18 years of age.
- Have Hypertension currently being treated with medication.
- Currently on medication for Cardiovascular Disease (Coronary Artery Disease, or Cerebrovascular Disease, or Peripheral Artery Disease)
